How could I find a reliable and simple sales presentation download to act as a benchmark for my sales presentation and how could I authenticate its validity and origin so as to avoid any plagiarism or Intellectual Property issues?

First you can use Google to find a template for that sale presentation. Next is for you to authenticate this you can try this easy steps

1. Check if there is any Name or any Copyrights from the template you downloaded or copied. Make sure to look if there is one even the layout and design

2. try to search on Google for any identical sentences or words so that you wont be tagged as plagiarism or Intellectual Property issues, most accurate tip is don't copy anything on the template and try to be more creative so that you would know that you didn't copy anything and worry about issues at the end.
