Hi, I am using Symantec Ghost v8.3.

While ghosting an image in the computer I found an error with a code looked like ERROR 25002.

I tried for some helps in the web forum, but failed.

Do you know anything about the solution of this problem?

Any help will be appreciated.

I did not find ERROR 25002 in Symantec’s error database. If you are sure that you receive this error code when backing up your computer using Norton Ghost, try restarting your computer then try again.

It is possible that the error is only a fluke and nothing serious. Try if a simple system reboot will fix the problem.

But if not, uninstall your Norton Ghost from your computer then reboot your system. After that, check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. After scanning your system for errors, install Norton Ghost again and then try repeating what you are doing.

If you still receive an error while using Norton Ghost on your machine, check if you have enough disk space on the target folder when ghosting your drive. You can not make a disk image if there is not enough space on the target location.
