Hello,

Product Installation Unsuccessful, Please Reinstall (Error 24) appeared on the screen using Windows XP Operating System. I have installed Corel Photo on my system and now I am unable to use it because of this error message. What is the cause of this problem? Can I finish this error? Please help me. Thanks in advance.

Hello!

"Error 24" is caused by expired serial number in your Corel installation.
What you can do is to double check that you've correctly entered the Serial number during the installation.

1) If you have Trial version of Corel, then all you must to do is update it to the newest version, because your trial has expired already (X4 is really old).

2) If you have installed Corel with illegally-generated serial number – to get rid of "error 24" you must BUY original serial number. There is no other legal way to fix this error.
