My printer, Epson inkjet printer model D64, prints blank

My printer is printing blank papers. It's Epson inkjet printer model D64. I've checked the ink, it's full. I've checked the cable and it works fine with another printer.

Hey Juvelyn Alemana!
Do not worry about this problem. As you have mentioned above that you are using Epson inkjet printer so you need to follow these steps to overcome this problem.

In your laptop properties under Service Tools, you have to Click on the “Chank ink” mode and enable this mode.

After that you have to remove your ink carts. and close the flap of the laptop. Now turn your laptop on and click on print button.

The laptop will ask to replace the ink. Turn off the printer and insert your Ink carts again in the printer. Now close the flips and turn on printer again. Click on print button. This time you will not receive a blank page.
