Can we play game through LAN without internet?

We have two computer on which we play games separately, but I wanted to play the game on line i.e. multiplayer game.

How can

I play or do I have to install any software to play the games?

Please help me here.

Can we play game through LAN without internet?

Hey Arman Hamilton!

Yes!

You can play games with the help of LAN without any internet connection.

LAN means Local Area Network so we have to create a local area network to play multiplayer games.

To create a LAN you must have a router, CAT-5 or CAT-6 Cables, LAN cards in CPU/Laptop.

Here are the steps to connect two computers:

1. Plug the cables in the LAN card of each computer.

2. Now in one computer, click on Start > Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and sharing Center.

3. Here click on Unidentified Network

4. Click on Information Bar and click "Turn on network discovery and file sharing".

5. Now select what kind of network you like to create, Public or Private.

Can we play game through LAN without internet?

At first, u need a line cable. Then you connect the cable in the wire in your pc amd the other wire in other pc.

Then you go to the start menu. Then you see the control panel..go to the control panel. Then you go to the network setup wizard..then you enable the line then  2 pc connect to the line,

All the game cannot play with the lane,,some games are play with the line,then you open your game and go to the lan option that means line play.

Then you select the device and play the game
