Recently I installed Picasa free download version in the computer. The installation went pretty well and good without any problem. The problem triggered when I open, it throws me an error message saying that it ‘is not supported on this system’. I have the basic requirements in the computer. What might me the problem? Help please. Thanks in advance.

I don’t understand how an application gets installed on a Mac PC then later would turn out that it is unsupported. That’s pretty odd. Anyway, since the operating system says that your Mac application is not supported then it would be better to just find or upgrade it if possible. If this is not the latest then download the latest version from Picasa for Mac 3.9.137.163.
It supports Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard and higher. Remove the one installed on your computer and install this one. Run it and see if it works. If not, try updating your operating system. Click on the Apple menu and select System Update. If you are prompted, enter your administrator username and password to continue.
On the next screen, install the update and restart your computer to finish the update. Run Picasa again and see if it works.
