I recently configure my D-Link DI R610 router. Since then, I was unable to access the Internet on my laptop and mobile phone. An error is showing when I try connecting. It says, "Windows cannot communicate with the resource or device (DNS primary)".I used various DNS servers but the error is still occurring. How can I resolve this?

Windows cannot communicate with the resource or device.
Try any of the steps below:
-
Check if DNS is set to manual
-
Click Start>Control Panel
-
Select Administrative Tools
-
Double-click on Services
-
Right-click on DNS Client>Properties
-
Change Startup type to Manual
-
Try to uninstall your router and re-install it
-
Run System File Checker (SFC.exe)
-
In the Command Prompts, type sfc/scannow and press the Enter key
-
This command will scan system files and replace corrupted files. Do not close this Command Prompt until it has reached 100% complete. Scan results are shown after the scan is complete.

Use the DNS servers provided to you by your ISP. There are many DNS servers out there. It's best to use your ISP's if possible.
