You have left out a lot of information- like the phone you are using, the specific Bluetooth headset model you are using. And I'm not sure what your actual issue is- static/popping during phone calls or ambient noise getting in during phone calls?

For static noise or popping during calls, this can be an issue with some headsets with a few new Samsung Galaxy series phones. Try using another Bluetooth headset with your phone, see if it works.

If ambient noise is getting in during calls, then it’s an issue with the headset itself- it probably does not have active noise suppression. This is common with cheap non-brand headsets. Try a good brand-name headset like Bose or Jabra.
