While installing FireDaemon I received error message

Hi Experts,

While installing FireDaemon I received the message given below. I tried several times to install the software but no result. If you have any idea in respect of the installation and the error message, please help.

 

FireDaemon Pro – InstallAware Wizard

Unable to load plug-in library. Please rebuild your project and make sure all required plug-ins are installed.

Hey Nelson,

This error is showing may be because of the error in windows memory cache. Do the following –

1) Go to C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication Data

2) Delete all directories that have a long GUID loke
{6AF0EFC6-B937-4704-A430-319EB93F4C12}

3) Remove C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataCodeGear

4) Navigate to bin and delete cglm.ini

5) Copy setup.exe into a new directory and re-install the software.

This time no error should persist.
