What’s wrong with my Spotify

Hi Experts,

In my PC that has an operating system with Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit and well maintained.

I supposed to install Spotify application and it can’t proceed because of some advisory message indicate.

I tried to restart my PC and have it to be tune-up then install for a second time the Spotify but same message appears.

Could anyone help me please?

Spotify was started with administrative rights. Please start Spotify manually to run it as the normal user account.

What’s wrong with my Spotify

Hi Gregorio3,

You can try the following procedures to inactivate the Spotify's administrator rights

STEP 1: First thing, you need to go do is access the Properties of Spotify You can access this when you right click the icon of Spotify.

STEP 2: Next, you need to click the Compatibility tab

STEP 3: Then, you need to mark 'Run this program as an administrator'

STEP 4: Lastly, Click on 'OK'
