Hello experts,

I can access T-Zones in my old T630 device. But when I switched to O2, the T-Zones can still be accessed on my new device. And even if this is a new device and set up everything, it's still there. Do I need to upgrade the T-Mobile firmware? Does any of you knows how I can reset the T-Mobile settings on my O2 or obtain a new firmware to update it?Also, if I update my firmware, can I access my emails on this phone?

Please help me experts.

Basically, your phone settings are still set on t-mobile and now that your using o2, it still accesses the T-zones.

Removing or setting your phone to o2 compatibility can be done by yourself. There are two possible ways that you can attain this. If the first one does not work, the second will surely work.

1) You can call your provider, o2, and ask that they send you all the settings you need. Once they have sent this to you, it will instruct you how to use or save it to your phone.

2) Go to the o2 official website (This website does not only provide information about the settings that you will be needing, but it also provides other information that will help you manage your o2) and download all the settings for your phone. Put it on your phone to set your phone to be o2 compatible.
