I have just had some automatic updates run on my pc, when this was processing an error message was produced and at the end the following was displayed 'Some Updates could not be installed.
The following updates were not installed: Update for Microsoft Outlook 2003 Junk Email Filter (KB969376)
The error is telling you that a certain update was not installed properly in your system. And that particular update is the one that has the KB number. KB stands for knowledge base and Microsoft has a site that lists issues and fixes for Microsoft related problems. I tried going to the KB site and what I found is that there is now a different KB assigned to MS Outlook 2003 Junk Email Filter update. It is now found here:

Try to download the updated Junk Email Filter to make sure your system has the latest update. By the way, the Junk Email Filter actually is responsible for how Outlook recognizes a certain email as junk email.
