Unable to convert 96 kHz into 44.1 using Pro Tools

I am using ProTools and want to convert my 96 kHz into 44.1, but it doesn't let me do so.

There is no issue when I am converting all other sample rates.

I have tried to verify the permission, restarted the computer and tried uninstalling/reinstalling the program and updating it.

I have included the screenshot.

Could not complete the Import Audio
command because Assertion in ""/Volumes/
Development/ws.Pro Tools_9.0.5/AlturaPorts/
NewFileLibs/FileFormat/MacBulid/…/../FF/
Audio/Processing/
FF_AudioProcessRequantize.cpp"",line 155.

Please help me!

For you to fix this one, please try to open the program using administrator account. To do this right click the pro-tools then click “run as administrator”. But if the error still occurs, you may try to do this one. You need to deal with the Digidesign Databases.

Pro Tools creates folder every time to every drive that will gets attached to your Pro Tools and that folder is the Digidesign Databases. Quit pro tools, Delete the Digidesign Databases from your drive or simply drag in into recycle bin and empty the recycle bin, restart Pro Tools and pro tools will create new Digidesign Databases again and it should be fine.
