Hi there,

On the message box the text in French is trying to say that the license that you are trying to activate Kaspersky Anti-Virus is not compatible with the version that you are currently using, therefore you cannot fully validate your version of Kaspersky.

To overcome this you need to purchase the correct license from Kaspersky, in your case you need the license for Kaspersky Antivirus 2011, using any other licenses of previous generation Kaspersky Antiviruses will result in the error that you are currently having.

Before installing the correct license for the Antivirus, be sure to remove the previously installed license.

You can do this by doing the following steps

Start – All programs – Kaspersky Internet Security or Kaspersky Anti-Virus – Modify, Repair or Remove – Remove.

Download the latest updates from here:  https://usa.kaspersky.com/

Then activate the Application from purchase license

If you receive an error when activating Kaspersky antivirus, make sure the activation code you entered is really for Kaspersky Antivirus. Activation codes for Kaspersky Antivirus and Kaspersky Internet Security are different. You cannot enter an activation code intended for Kaspersky Internet Security on Kaspersky Antivirus because it will trigger a similar error.

If you buy a subscription for Kaspersky Antivirus, download and install Kaspersky Antivirus on your computer. Likewise, if you purchased a subscription for Kaspersky Internet Security, download Kaspersky Internet Security on your computer and install it. You cannot install the wrong product and expect that it will be activated by the code you purchased.
