Hi guys,
I tried to upgrade my printer driver from 6.5x to 6.60 on my machine running with Windows Vista. The upgrading installation was running but stopped throwing an error message. Have a look at the error message below.
I tried to install it several times but failed.
Have you any idea for the issue?
Please help.

Did you checked the version of the software that you’re downloading if it’s a 64bit or 32bit application, or the same is compatible with your version of windows.
Or maybe the program you’re installing is not compatible or had a different version to your printer.

What is your printer?
If you could share that here then it would help answer your question.
You should check for the latest version of your printer driver, seems like the one you have now doesn't support Vista.

What printer are you using?
It's a possibility that the new driver you are about to install has components that overlaps the older driver.
What you have to do is to uninstall your printer from your computer, and then clean its registry then install it again.
Follow these steps:
1. Go to control panel
2. Click Device and Printer (Printers and Fax)
3. Right click on the printer then click remove device.
4. Then download the Windows Installer Clean up Utility here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/290301
5. Install the Program and Run it to clean your computer of any previous drivers installation
6. After that, plug your printer to install it to your computer. Then update your driver using 6.60
