Hello guys,

I have been trying to use software music quest applications such as Android's Shazam but it can't recognize some music. Does it search only get the songs available on amazon’s library or it gets a song as long as it's online?

Thanks.

Dear Lussy,

In order to get Shazam or Shazam Encore's Premium App with exclusive features i.e. Music sharing and other ads, you will need to sign in to Google Play or Amazon App Store. You may usually encounter online free download but not for full features, it's only for introducing the product or an ad to keep you well updated.

Hope this works.

Hello Lussy,

You might have out date version of Android Shazam. Which might be having some bugs? Due to that bugs it won't recognize music track which does not support it. So my personal opinion to you is to download the latest version of android Shazams and enjoy the music.

Hope you got some need full from the above post.
