Hi friends, I am browsing the internet and all of a sudden an error message appeared on my screen, an error message generated by internet explorer, its wording goes about silver light, see below the screen shot of the error message.
Silverlight error message
ErrorCode: 4001
ErrorType: MediaError
Message: AG_E_NETWORK_ERROR
As I looked on the error message, I refresh my memory and remembered that I already meet this error before, what I did before is just restart my computer and back to browsing the internet, but now same thing I did, its no longer applicable, because I still get the same error message, please share some ideas on my post, thanks friends.

This error occurs when silver light is not installed properly.
First you need to uninstall the silver light from your computer. To uninstall go to Control Panel -> Programs - > Silver light and then uninstall the silver light from your computer. It will remove all the register files from your computer that contain silver light. Then restart your computer. Reinstall the silver light on your computer.
This error mainly occurs because of the registry files. When you restarted your computer the temp files were deleted and thus the error did not appear at that time. But now you need to reinstall it to permanently get rid of the error.
