The pervasive convert function is not functioning well !!

Pervasive convert function is not working properly, is it because of the pervasive version I have.

I’m sorry but I think you forgot to indicate the name of the software where you encountered the problem. You only posted the issue you encountered. But anyway, if this is the first time that this happens, try restarting your machine then try it again. See if there is a change after rebooting the machine.

If the problem you encountered was from a program you recently used, try reinstalling it to fix any corrupted files in the system. Uninstall the program then restart your machine when asked. After booting, check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. 

For a much thorough diagnostics test on your machine, use a disk utility application like PC Tools Performance Toolkit. Install the application again then check if this fixes the problem.
