PC Stops Responding when Booting IMG File

Hi Experts,

Booting IMG file error problem occurred. When I tried to boot an IMG file it seems that the process is not responding at all and even I restarted my computer and do it again, still the same problem occurs. Can you give me some advice on how to continue the process?

I really need this to be done soon.

PC Stops Responding when Booting IMG File

Can you tell us exactly what kind of IMG file that is? I mean what type of file it is, where it came from or better yet a screenshot of this said file. The reason for this is there are a lot of types of IMG files and because you need specific software or applications to open these files. This also applies to any kind of file format available, you can not simply open a file if you do not have the required software for those files.
