Nokia 5130 not switching on- not resetting

Hello,

I have a Nokia 5130 which was working well but it had lost all default applications (they are red cross marked).

But when i tried using the backup file, the backup did not happen and the phone is showing a new problem now. 
When i switch it on the screen is coming with Date and time settings , and when i press any key a white screen is flashing which doesn't allow any operations (like reset).

So please help me with this.

Well first and foremost never install something that is not verified or available on Nokia. And if you do make sure that you search a little about it before installing.

I Had a similar problem with the flashing screen. It happens because of a faulty display screen. So change it from a Nokia dealer or from Nokia care. But Because you can see the date and time settings I'd also recommend flashing the phone once. Please make sure that you do this also from a Nokia dealer or Nokia care only.
