I am using exo windows 7 basic. I need some themes for exo windows 7 basic. The theme must be change the wallpaper only. Where can i find and install themes for exo windows 7 basic ?

As per your requirement you must visit to microsoft website then go to its download section there is lots of themes in this section which can be easily downloadable. Here you can also see the preview of selected theme which you want to download.
If you want to change wallpaper only then goto settings (Control PanelAppearance and PersonalizationPersonalizationDesktop Background) and check the option for change the wallpaper only.

Hi Liam, themes are used when you want to change the appearance of your desktop but it consumes lags/ delay of your computer. But you need a link to themes right ?? You can go to this link http://windows7themes.net/ /https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/13768/desktop-themes-featured so you can look at themes of what you want. To change your desktop wallpaper right click your desire photo> find set as desktop wallpaper> click it > and refresh your desktop> and done you've changed your desktop wallpaper.
