Today morning i installed Panther into my Photoshop.  Once the installation process gets completed i restarted Photoshop 6.0.1 and it opens up in a classic startup and i wondered that there is no menu bars are available on the screen. I can't able to find where to fix the problem.

I did not face such problems before and this is the first time am experiencing this issue.

What could be the possible solution?

Here is the solution of your problem which you have faced.   From years we have easy access to our plug-ins for the Photoshop about the onOne menu bar. A menu that you want to create, insert it in to the Photoshop's menu bar with in the window and its help menu items.   But problem is this method was available which is not for Photoshop CS5. This is because from many years you have to updated it just. If you are going to the filter menu it will show there is nothing by onOne, because the plug-ins  we are using are not filters technically.

To overcome this problem use an automate menu because most of products converted to the automation plug-ins, so you can be use them in the batch process. For onOne menu you just go to the windows menu and extensions. Now select onOne from the window > Extensions menu and you can get a new onOne panel here. You can customize your workplace if onOne panel is docked with any other panel.
