Backing up your Access data is a really simple thing to do. Since all data is saved in the sample place, all you have to do is copy the data file and store it on another place. You can do that by several different methods or use existing tools that can easily be found via Google search.

To backup and restore an access database you have to copy the .accdb file. You can use TFile.Copy method for that. Just make sure that all the existing connections to the database are closed at the moment of copying the file.

It's not a very big task at all. First, you have to copy the desired backup data. Then, choose the folders that need to be copied to the backup folder. If you are using Jet Engine's ActiveX, you need to compress the data before copying. I think that’s all you need to do.
