I don’t know what could be the problem about security and timed out session it couldn’t be a problem because I am not leaving the PC and then send an e-mail. Can anyone help me to fix this error ? What is causing this and what are the security reasons ?

I think the reason why Windows Internet Explorer is giving this error is because your web browser is running with Protected Mode turned on. I also sometimes use the web browser to send an email but this error never occurred to me. Try to turn off Protected Mode to see if this is the one causing the error.

To do this, in Windows Internet Explorer, go to Tools and then select Internet Options. Next, select Security tab. Under “Security level for this zone” above “Custom level” and “Default level” buttons, uncheck “Enable Protected Mode” and then click OK. In case you are prompted with a warning dialog box just click OK.

After this, exit Windows Internet Explorer and then open it again or simply restart it. Try sending an email again and see if this fixes the problem. Protected Mode is available in Windows Internet Explorer 7 and higher. But if Windows Internet Explorer is installed on Windows XP, the Protected Mode feature is not available just like with this one. This is Windows Internet Explorer 8 installed on Windows XP Service Pack 3. See image.
