I am getting this message whenever Windows starts and it appears before I can access anything. My kids are always downloading and uninstalling programs so it's impossible for me to say which program could be effected.

An internal error occurred in the initialization stage.

The application could not be loaded.

Please contact application vendor.

An internal error occurred in the initialization stage.

Hello,

This is a very common problem.

Your internet explorer might be outdated so try to install the latest version. Also other startup software like msn might be outdated. Generally it happens when your startup software is/are outdated. The following steps may help you resolve your issue:

1. Try going to control panel

2. Open add remove programs list

3. See which programs need to be upgraded (especially the ones that open in startup)

4. Simply update the software
