Intermittent Flare on Windows 7

We currently have an intermittent Flare on a Windows 7 box. Please let me know if this is a Windows 7, Flare or a hardware problem. We could not figure out why it is happening and we think the solution is to reinstall Flare. Do you have any ideas?

Hello Alfie Swayze,

It could be a problem being caused by either of the three, it may be a problem being caused by the operating system, some hardware may be not functioning properly or the flare that you have installed has problems that are causing it not to work properly.

But I will suggest that you do a reinstallation of the flare and see how it will  work. If that does not solve the problem then you will need to troubleshoot for hardware problems or problems with the operating system and fix then and see if the problem will be solved.
