Installing VM Client and Hat Access Problems

I am a Windows VM admin for a medium sized company. There were no problems and everything was working great. Then I decided to install the VM Client including Hat Access via ssh. No matter what I try now I can not reach the cloned server. Is there a easy fix to get this working again?
