ImageVault error on SetConversion Format

Does anyone have any idea about how ImageVault operates? I would like to gather any information about ImageVault and its pros and cons. I have it in my computer but everytime I launch it, I get the error message below.

ImageVault error on SetConversion Format

I assume the Image Vault you’re referring to is the software for local image management?
Here is a snapshot:

In addition to the one above, there are other “Image Vault” technology products so please clarify which product you are trying to download.
GE Healthcare has a product called Image Vault for healthcare imaging.
There is an Image Vault for server-based digital video recorder.
Also a cloud-based digital media storage site called Image Vault that may have a software component. http://www.imagevault.se/
In addition to clarifying which Live Vault product you are referring to, please clarify what you are trying to accomplish so we can provide the most relevant features and benefits of your different options.
