I need help with UseOffice .NET convert rtf to docx source code

Hi there.  I'm trying out UseOffice .NET to convert rtf files to a docx file format.  I open the docx file with Microsoft Word 2003 but I'm having an error of "Word cannot open file".  Am I missing something here?  I need help with UseOffice .NET convert rtf to docx source code.

Hi there Dudley Achan,

Docx is the format that wasn't in use before Microsoft Office 2007 so it's normal you can't open the docx file with the Microsoft Office 2003.
 
You can either save your files in simple .doc format, or you can tweak a bit your Microsoft Office to make things working.
 
Microsoft has published the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007 File Formats that you should install, just as all the available Microsoft Office updates and you will be able to open the .docx files on your Microsoft Office 2003.
