The best program for remote control is Team viewer. That’s user friendly, pretty much easy to use and works fine which allows you to do the remote control properly and effectively. It is simple you install the program on both computers. Now the computer you want to manager remotely. Open Team viewer on that computer and you will find an ID and password for that particular system. Remember that changes each time you run the software. Incase if you need instant access to the system. Just navigate to the options in the tools menu and configure Instant access that will require you to set a username and password you can just use from anywhere you would not require an id every time you want to access. Just use the user and password.

Once you are through this process, or you have the user id and password for the system, just use them on the other side from where you want to do the remote control.
