I need a remote viewing software that is freeware and for Mac OSX Lion. It should support file transfer, almost real-time screen updating and chatting.

Freeware offer very basic amount of features which if your a big company are not sufficient.. but i m aware of a software called "SpectorSoft" which would not only allow you to view a remote machine but also install other features such as seeing if the other user is using Facebook, Recording their activities, Website blocking , keyword alerts etc.
