Facing problem in using Wiindows Live Messenger

I am now having issues with my Windows Live Messenger after I played Star Craft 2.  I do not know if this is just a coincidence.  Is it?

StarCraft 2 has nothing to do with your Chat Messenger. For your satisfaction you can check all the services used by StarCraft which might be causing problems for your Live Messenger. To check the services follow these steps:

1.       Right click on your Task Bar and choose Start Task Manager.

2.       On Process tab you can check, which program is consuming how much memory.

3.       Move to Services Tab and search for any service related to StarCraft  and check its status (Turn all such services)

4.       Check your Messenger again.
