Hello,

I received the following error message preparing the smooth playback script. I can’t understand the cause of this problem. I need your assistance to resolve this annoying problem. Please suggest me. Thanks in advance.

Hi Thomas,

There are two ways to address this error. Solution 1: You are missing system opencl.dll and clean and re-install video drivers. Solution 2:  Your antivirus protect your system from loading your files.  Reinstall SVP and then add to SVP folder to unmatched list to the rules to your antivirus software. Google
