Hello,        

I am using Win 7 Operating System and getting an error message when trying to load the remote channel list. How can I fix this issue? I have attempted many times load the list but every time got this disappointment. I could not resolve this issue so need your assistance asap. Suggest me with the best solution. Thanks.

Hi David,

Can you be specific about what software you are using and in what condition did this error happen? Are you connected to the internet? Did this problem happen before? 

Generally speaking you should try to restart the computer and the software, and connect to internet if it is required. If all these don't work then try to set the software to default settings and see if it works. Then if it still happens it's best to contact the provider of the software.
