Hello,

When I want to open this application this error appears on my desktop and it appears every time I click on shortcut to open the program. I never experienced such an error before and I don’t know how to solve it. Can you guys help me to solve this? You know what can be the main cause?

Thanks!

If this always happens whenever you open that particular application, check if it really supports your operating system. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the installation folder of the program and find the “readme” text file. Most of the time, it lists the program’s supported operating systems and other software that may be required, if there are any.

If the program supports your operating system, try reinstalling it to fix any corrupted files. Uninstall it then click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and click Disk Cleanup. Select drive C and click OK. Check “Temporary files”, click OK, and then click Delete Files. Restart your computer and install the application back. See if this works.

If it doesn’t work, try running it under compatibility mode. Right-click on the program’s shortcut and select Properties. Select Compatibility tab. Under “Compatibility mode” section, check “Run this program in compatibility mode for” and select either Windows Vista or Windows XP from the dropdown list. Click OK and then start the program again. See what happens.

Finally, if nothing works, update the program to the latest version. It should work this time since you are using Microsoft Windows 7.
