Difference between Cloud Hosting and Standard Hosting

Hi friends,

I would need help in determining companies that are major cloud hosts. I know that Amazon is a major cloud hosting provider through the Amazon Web Service division. What is the main distinction of a cloud host from a regular host?

Do they have a different billing and monitoring system but similar equipment?

Difference between Cloud Hosting and Standard Hosting

Hi Jerry Maguiere,

Normal hosting enables you to have private web, full control, and there is no sharing of resources here. While cloud hosting more likely similar to normal hosting but enables you to share resources with others. In Billing normal hosting usually billed monthly while Cloud hosting depends on how much is your monthly usage. Most often it is not fixed.

But these two hosting have their own advantages.
