Cannot open TECHSHOW in OneNote of Microsoft SkyDrive

Hi,

Upload and sync are well with my Microsoft SkyDrive.
 
However, while releasing OneNote notebook from this file hosting service I received an error message.
 
I tried to fix the issue but failed. Have a look at the error message below. What does it mean?
 
If you have any idea for the issue, please help.
