I am using windows 7 of my laptop. I use it normally. But when I use USB modem then it run and when I double click any folder to my desktop then it show me a message it was “Are you sure you want to send Recycle Bin?”
Now please help me what can I do.
There are 2 problems:
1. Its either your os is corrupted
2. The USB modem you are currently using has a virus on it…
i had so many experiences like that, the solution? try to reformat your laptop and after that reinstall the USB modem…

This type of error normally can be solve by following methods if you got this error on Windows 7. If you just plug something in, suddenly unplug it to Making the disk to boot to work for the BIOS, MBR, NTLDR, and boot.ini problems.
For this also do like these following steps
1. Take a blank floppy and put it into your working laptop.
2. If you have a working Windows machine than download my fix: Floppy
3. Also use anew boot disk
4. Put the new floppy just created into your laptop which gets the NTLDR is missing error message, turn the broken computer off.
5.. Now power On the broken computer with the floppy
