Blue screen when installing XP

Dear,

I have understood your problem and I have a solution for you. This will resolve the problem completely.

Usually the Hard Drive is set to AHCI (IDE Compatibility) by default so you have to make sure that you put the Hard Drive on “Compatibility” Mode under BIOS. This should be done before trying to install Windows XP from scratch on a computer.

If this is not done, you will experience a blue screen problem. Please do the following to change the setting:

1. When booting up the computer you are using, press F2
2. Choose “Config” and then select “Serial ATA”
3. Change to 'Compatibility' / 'IDE' for the controller option.

Hope you got the answer.
Best of luck for your future.

Thanks.
