Blu-ray set assistance [BDP-S780] – Please Help

Hi,

There might be someone who can solve my problem that I am facing. Sister of mine is using Bluray player of Sony, model#BDP-5780, hooking up to the HDTV, by the HDMI wire plays backside at 1080P.

At the moment we insert in a Blueray CD to play movie the audio sound comes up of sync. along with video.

It feels like catching up well at a time and after some time it can not. I do not have any idea of what is going on?

Could you please help me out regarding this?

Overview:  I guess player of Blu-ray is hooked up all the way through AV receiver. So I have no idea why this is happening.

Could you please offer some suggestions for me regarding this?

This problem is usually associated with the video contained on the disc most especially if the disc is not an original Blu-ray Disc. And sometimes the problem is caused by the player you used to play the Blu-ray Disc.

If you are playing a movie from an original Blu-ray Disc then maybe the problem is from the device you used in playing the disc. Make sure that all cables are properly connected and attached to their respective ports.

If you are experiencing this problem with your Blu-ray Disc, try changing the disc with a different one and see if the problem happens again.

If you encounter the same problem again, then the problem is from the device you used to play the video.
