I wonder if there's a free online alternative for Adobe Illustrator? I only wanted to do some simple vector illustrations so, user-friendliness would be a plus, too. All comments would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello Echua,

You don’t have to worry there are a lot of alternative software for adobe illustrator that would allow you to perform some graphics editing and the good thing about these software is that it can be downloaded for free. One example of this is Inkscape; it supports advanced editing features like markers, clones and alpha blending. It is compatible on Mac OS X, Unix-like operating systems and Microsoft Windows. It can be downloaded online at http://inkscape.org/. Another one is Serif DrawPlus software; some of its tools includes “quick shapes”, Curve editing, and curve smoothing. It was intended for Microsoft windows operating system. You can go to http://www.serif.com/freedownloads/ to download the program.
