I know this might be a simple error or issue but this error makes me mad. When I try to access web tools from internet explorer, I stuck up with this error message all the time. I am not a technical person with great knowledge. Please help me sort the error and fix the problem. Is this related with antivirus software in the system? Please help. Thanks.

Application Blocked for Security Failed to validate certificate

Java is a nice programming language for making program that will be available for all OS and platforms. But it makes serious trouble with many applications because, possibly, it is the best way to integrate viruses and malwares inside a PC’s system through Java. That’s why its security policy is so strict and blocked your application.

The application is not secured in the eye of JRE so it has blocked the program.

This step is to disable security so that you can run the application. But do this with your own risk and if you trust the application from the core of your heart.

  1. Go to Start menu >> Control Panel >> Programs >> Java.
  2. From “Java Control Panel”, open “Security” tab.
  3. Pull down the bar to “Medium”.
  4. Run your application.

This will download the application from the web and run it on your system. But this is not recommended because it will only show a warning message and won’t check for further security settings.
