Hi,

When I try to open a project in Adobe Premiere Pro, I ended up with an error message. If I hit the continue button it stops working and closes the program. I tried to open this project several time but I am getting this error message. How to debug? Any solution for this problem, your help is great. Thanks.

I think there is a problem in your system or maybe Adobe Premiere Pro is already not working properly. It can usually be fixed by reinstalling the program. But first, close the application and restart your computer. Start Adobe Premiere Pro, open your file again and restart what you are previously doing.

Make sure no other programs are running besides Adobe Premiere Pro that can interfere or create a conflict in accessing the memory. If it doesn’t work, uninstall Adobe Premiere Pro then click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and select Disk Cleanup. Select drive C and click OK. From the list, find and check “Temporary files”, click OK, and wait for it to finish.

Restart your computer afterwards and install Adobe Premiere Pro again. See if this works. If it doesn’t, check if you have other Adobe products installed on your computer besides Adobe Premiere Pro. If you have, uninstall them as well as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Flash Player, Adobe Flash Player ActiveX, and Adobe Shockwave Player and then restart the computer.

Install Adobe Premiere Pro and open it to see if it runs successfully. If it works, install other Adobe applications you previously removed one at a time where after each install you need to run Adobe Premiere Pro and make sure it still runs successfully. Continue installing the remaining Adobe programs but when Adobe Premiere Pro stops running, remove the Adobe application and don’t install it.

This is probably what’s causing the error. If you still want to use it, try upgrading it to a much higher version.
