Hi,

I used ZEN Tablet A100, so for this TABLET I required HARD RESET.

There what should I do.

In this only 3 switches available.

1. POWER ON/OFF.

2. VOL. UP.

3. VOL. DOWN.

Dear KKISHAN,

Power your tablet off.

Click on and hold Power button to turn the device on, then immediately click on and hold the Volume Down button (during pressing Power).

Click on Volume Down button twice which lead you to enter to Recovery mode.

Click Power button to restart your tablet into Recovery mode.

During holding the Power button, click Volume Up.

You will be in the safe-mode.

Hope to be helpful.

Best regards,

If you think your mobile phone or tablet is broken, you can do a soft reset or a hard reset on your device before handing it over to the technician for repairs. Doing the hard reset on your handset is like doing the first aid on your device. Doing this will save you money if it became successful. But before doing the hard reset, charge your device.

Backup your phone’s data like your contacts, images, emails, messages, and settings. If you do not backup your device, you cannot recover your entire phone’s data after doing hard reset. To do the hard reset on your Zen A100, press and then hold the Power Key and Volume Down until the Android logo appears. Press the Power Key and then go to Recovery Menu.

Next, choose “Wipe data/factory reset” using the Volume Down key and then press the Power Key to confirm the task. After that, select “Yes – Delete all user data” and then press again the Power Key to confirm. Finally to finish the hard reset, restart your handset and see if it’s back to normal.
