Why opt out of silverlight 5 automatic updates is not running?

Hi to every one. Silverlight is widely used for video and graphics, so I have downloaded and installed latest version of it for windows PC and it is showing error of updates. While Quick time is running and it shows no opt out of silverlight 5 automatic updates is installed and working. What’s problem as I have updated silver light 5? Help me to solve this problem?

                As you have said that you have installed through automatic updates so some times that thing cannot get properly integrated with your previous version. You have to get a complete package of the software so that you can start development in that one. All you need is to download it gain from the given link and after that you have to install that one and after that you will never get that error again.
