Why my smartphone switch back to 3G network?

Hi guys,

I want to know what is the problem I use Samsung Galaxy S5 and Airtel network with 4G for internet use. I can see clearly on my Sim network notification that my 4G network switches back to 3G or 2G again an again. Is this because some locations does not have 4G access or say they don't have 4G available in some location please let me know.

Why my smartphone switch back to 3G network?

Hello,

How are you? If you want to disable your 3G network you should follow the following procedure :

Step 1: Go to select menu option. 

Step 2 : Go to setting options.

Step 3 : Go to connectivity option.

Step 4 : Select Mobile networks.

Step 5 : Select GSM only. If you want to enable 3G network then select GSM and 3G. Your modem start toggling between 3G and GPRS if your modem is set up to choose the best network option in your area. Learn more.
