Hello,

Samsung Galaxy S4 is powered by Android, the best mobile OS ever. There are many ways that your phone will consume a lot of internet data.

First, updates of your installed apps consumes a lot of data. They require download a complete new version, install it and remove the older one. While doing this, it eats data a lot. You have to disable auto updates of your apps so that they won’t need to be updated.

1. Start “Google Play Store” from “Menu”.

2. From the “Menu” button on the Store app, tap “Settings”.

3. Uncheck the tick after “Auto-update apps”.

Then, make sure that no virus or other malware is performing its task on your Android. To do so, you should have any security app installed. It’s important to keep yourself safe from spyware, theft or Trojan, viruses etc. There are many security apps that will do this job. Avast, 360 Mobile Security, Avira etc. are very trusted and good ones. Install any of them and scan your mobile system.

Use a good internet browser, for example, Opera, Google Chrome, Firefox etc.
