Why my headphones is not connecting to PC?help

Hi guys,

I want to know solution to this problem. I have headphones and I'm using it after long time but the problem is I'm unable to connect my headphone. Though I'm connecting the wires I mean plugged in wires correctly in both jacks but still the headphones are not working. Please help and I know the headphones are not damages as they are new one.

Hi Daniel, the fact is that 1. First check your microphone . If it's okay then go to volume options in the right bottom of the desktop then select playback devices and from there select microphone that should fix the problem
