If using a fax machine to send fax is inconvenient for you, then consider sending fax straight from your PC. If you are using Windows 7, then you can use Windows Fax and Scan tool. You can access this through Start – All Programs – Windows Fax and Scan. There are also 3rd party software that lets you send fax directly from your pc. One thing you have to make sure is that you have to connect your pc to the telephone line.
