Why the Anti-virus I uninstalled occurs again?

I uninstall AVG antivirus, to change it into Kaspersky. But when I already finished installing Kaspersky and rebooting the PC, the AVG antivirus was still there. And when I go to Programs and Features to uninstall the AVG again I can't no longer found the AVG. How can I completely uninstall it?

Why the Anti-virus I uninstalled occurs again?

The most common problems of uninstall errors occurs for the change of computer configuration. SO you should make sure about your computer configuration by checking “Registry Editor”. There have some utilities software’s for clean or fix registry problem. You can fix it manually too. Click Start Button and then write regedit in run box. Then select HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, then selectSOFTWARE, then selectMicrosoft, then selectWindows, then selectCurrentVersion, then selectExplorer, then selectUser Shell Folders and thencheek the variables for each value and fix it.

You should delete all of your previous Anti Virus (AVG) files and folders from C:/ drive  and then Restart your computer. Then try to install your new anti virus software once again. Then reboot your computer again. Hope it will work.
